This easy to use app logs details for each operation performed including: Date; Time; Case Number; MRN; BMI; Gender; Assistant; Primary Procedure; Findings and Notes. Entries can be searched for by date and MRN, and allows PDF summary reports to be emailed from the app.

Each log entry has quick menu selections and checkboxes for:
